Indulge your senses!Bonjour Mesdames et Messieurs, we have reinvented and put a new “twist”to Paritz which has for 30 years been an institution down at the river end of Pakington Street in Newtown. Our aim is to restore Paritz French Patisserie, Bakery and Cafe as being the “go to” patisserie in Geelong for all things Fresh, French and sweet!! From our oven baked breads, baguettes and focaccias, classic stock based soups (seasonal) to our freshly made salads, our menu consists of simple yet tasty treats that are delightfully varied. Humble ingredients such as eggs, cheese, meat and vegetables make unfussy yet satisfying light meals. We enhance these with herbs, spices and cream to transform into our delicious quiche, tarts, pies and pasties. AND don’t forget to leave room for dessert!!! And usually an encore as our sweets range is decadent, delicious and seductively more-ish and almost impossible to stop at just one! Our flavours are quite without equal as we don’t use premix, frozen, store bought or artificial ingredients.
